After researching a few similar products I decided on this one because: * It's stainless steel (plastic, cheap metal and trendy finishes don't last long on me) * It can be rotated - This is important because I needed to adjust it to the "tilt" of my handlebars. This is not a "ring" but actually has a base and can accommodate multiple sizes of beverage containers as the foam insulation can be removed. Additional benefits after receiving the product: * It has a drain hole on the bottom * It is beautifully finished yet lightweight and matches the classic look of my cruiser as it was an original accessory * The clip is padded so it doesn't interfere with the steering scratches wheel. The only drawback: the clip looks cumbersome and quite thin compared to the cup holder itself. Conclusion: For bikes that don't have a bottle cage mount, this is a good universal cup holder. Its appearance suits any "classic" cruiser or motorized hang glider since it was original. I recommend it.
