I've been working in Talent Acquisition for 15+ years now & have used many different solutions over that time; including PeopleSoft's talent acquisition module as well as some great third party vendors who were doing T&A work at companies like ADP/FICO etc which worked really good back then! But we are seeing so much change across industries these days - from automation of processes using AI or COTS software vs having people do it all manually!! And most importantly being able use multiple platforms such SaaS offerings but also more robust traditional client server applications where there aren't any problems integrating them today into our new ERPM product offering going forward! I like that it integrates well into our existing platforms such as Slack & Salesforce CRM along w/ LinkedIn so we can see candidates' info in one spot when they apply for jobs or are being considered during interviews! It's not perfect but does some of what you need out there right now without having too many bells'.
