Doesn't support HDMI

Can't tell if HDMI is 2.0+ or even HDMI. Ironic because it has HDMI. I accidentally bought the USB-C version (not TB) first without doing any research to see if Thunderbolt is better. HDMI worked perfectly with it. Although it flickered for the first 5 minutes of use, over time this stopped and started working. I sent it back to order and now I get no HDMI output at all. Firmware and updates already checked, nothing. My HDMI2.0 cable works fine on my TV (not HDMI 2.0) when connected directly to my laptop, but when I connect a docking station, no problem. I even tried a DP-HDMI adapter and thought it might work, but not really. The only reason I didn't give it a star is because it accidentally works with an HDMI 2.0 monitor (which I don't know). own, so I can't check). On the plus side, $250 later and I now have a few more USB ports as well as an Ethernet connection plugged into it. Not that I can get anything like this for less than $50 or so.
