As someone who makes regular purchases of art and craft goods online, I was eager to give Cuttte a try because of how regularly I do so. My interactions with the company, unfortunately, did not live up to my expectations in any way. I found their website to be cumbersome and difficult to navigate, despite the fact that they do offer a diverse selection of products. The website was difficult to navigate, and even when I did find the things I was looking for, the descriptions were sometimes vague and offered little in the way of assistance. To make a bad situation even worse, the things I ordered did not meet my expectations in terms of quality. The blank labeling tags that I received were made of poor quality, fragile material, and the company's sewing tools were not much better. When it came down to it, I had no choice but to purchase additional items in order to replace the ones that Cuttte sent me. And when I attempted to get assistance from their customer care team, I was faced with employees that were both unhelpful and unresponsive to my inquiries. It was very evident that they did not place a significant amount of importance on either my experience or my level of contentment with the things they offered. In general, I do not think Cutte is a credible source for arts and crafts goods, hence I would not suggest it to anyone seeking for such a source. Their website is not user-friendly, and the products they sell are of poor quality, despite the fact that they may provide a large selection of goods. Look elsewhere for what you need to fulfill your crafting desires so you may spare yourself the frustration.
