Not as awesome as it looks

Update-The company sent me a replacement which I filled with sand and now all is well. This is a good outlet for my son’s energy.I highly recommend filling the base with sand. Time consuming, but better.My son loved it! And then it wouldn’t stand up. I added more water. Same problem. I decided to switch to sand. But I CAN’T get the water out! It has leaked into the inner air compartment. So now I think the thing is just trash. So disappointed.
