Handy ID/small card scanner with BIG tech support
We use this product to scan insurance and ID cards into our EHR system at work and it works efficiently and communicates well. The only thing I don't like is that every time I scan if I don't select a preset I have to reset the scan filters. I have to say the tech support for this product is fantastic and every rep we have ever spoken to is very friendly and patient trying to fix the problem!
- EXPORT TO CSV: Using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology, this software can export contacts to a CSV file to save your data. From here, CSV files can be uploaded to 3rd party CRMs such as Salesforce and Google Contacts.
