I would give this product six stars if I could. Needed a TV mount that turned the corner. There aren't that many ways to install a TV that needs to be viewed at a 90 degree angle. That's why I wanted to publish this review with pictures. I have a 55 inch Insignia TV. It's a bit wider than most 55-inch TVs, which are 49.2 inches wide, so I opted for an extended bracket. I'm glad I did! When rotated, it simply rotates 90 degrees. Instructions from the Aeon video on YouTube. Thank you Chris! I installed the TV mount myself, with no "lifting assistance" as suggested by Chris (5'1 short woman :-)). The TV wasn't very heavy, although the metal bracket on the back of the TV weighed it down a lot makes it heavier. He seems very strong, very well built. Took me about an hour..not as easy as it looks in the video but that's always to be expected..especially since Chris is a pro and made it easy.The video instructions however were easy to follow. The printed version was much more confusing. Make sure you use a level and set to 2 studs. The wall plate is very forgiving so you mount the wall bracket on studs and the TV on different spots on the wall plate you can mount it so that it is centered on the wall.I liked this feature as I had to be very specific.as shown in the pictures.The transition from the wall to 90 degrees and vice versa is smooth and smooth.You must We'll play with it a bit to determine the position, but nothing that takes more than 5 seconds. I highly recommend this device! Fully meets my needs!
