I have a hole above my gas fireplace to install a TV. The TV is bigger than a hole. This requires a mount with at least 30 inches of reach to allow the TV to hang in front of the opening. Fits my Samsung 75" MU9000. I have used multiple mounts and have always had good luck with Video-Secure. For this app I wanted more extensions to erase the mantle from my fireplace and get a little more maneuverability by standing behind the TV when you need it this mount can do everything it claims to do the two 8mm screws then you screw in two more 8mm screws from the back of the panel so the tv doesn't bounce off and other than that I have no problems with it.

I would not recommend this to anyone. Instructions are missing and difficult to understand. Items listed in the instructions, like a drilling template and glue to hold the mount in place, weren't actually included with the mount. To be honest if it had cardboard assembly instructions it would be a lot easier to install. However, one of the biggest complaints is that it says it can accommodate large lugs over 16 inches wide. I would give this product six stars if I could. Needed a TV mount that turned the corner. There aren't that many ways to install a TV that needs to be viewed at a 90 degree angle.
