This device works. The Ford brand key fob costs more than $50 for a unit. My local dealer tends to overcharge everything. So here was a chance not to succumb to the pressure they have on the Ford brand. Here you can get two units for about $10. That's a big price difference. Programming was easy. It took me a few tries, but it's still no big deal. I've seen reviews of bad units. I'm assuming some of them ship badly so in that case you'll need to exchange them. I only use one of these now. The other one made the program just like the first one - I just don't use it (yet?). Maybe I'll sell the extra one on ebay for $14? May be. Either way, it's hard to go wrong with something that works.
