Poor customer service and low-quality products mar a disappointing experience with Shelry.

I recently got some clothes and shoes for my son from Shelry, however I regret to say that I was not at all pleased with the service. The clothing did not fit well and the product quality was abhorrent. The soles of the shoes began to fall out after just a few wears, and they were uncomfortable. To return the things, I attempted to contact customer service, but I only received unhelpful and disrespectful responses. They looked uninterested in fixing my issue and declined to offer a refund or exchange. Overall, Shelry's low-quality goods and subpar customer service left me feeling very disappointed. The poor quality of Shelry's items fell short of my expectations As a regular internet shopper, I was eager to give Shelry a try for my son's clothing requirements. However, the poor caliber of their goods greatly disappointed me. The sizing was incorrect, and the clothing was thin and flimsy. I bought some sneakers, however they were unpleasant and broke down after only a few uses. I attempted to contact customer service for help, but I only received delayed response times from agents who weren't very helpful. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone searching for high-quality children's apparel and shoes to shop at Shelry.
