I had my ears straightened 00 years ago and thought I was a tough guy (at 35 lol) and straightened them out. since my rags were already stretched before I started 4G. Definitely worth the money, would be a great starter kit given the different sizes. All the different sizes were individually wrapped and labeled and arrived in a large plastic bag. I found the little elastics (flared at both ends) difficult to get in my ear because of the bell, but my wife did a bit of tinkering with the tweezers (to get them fully out); and voila! I haven't thought about it until now, but if you're a side sleeper like me, they're probably easier to sleep on than their firmer counterparts! Just remember to clean them often because they will stink! All in all 5 stars, I will definitely buy again for this price!
