I was the kind of "those" people who never made a hamburger myself. We always buy ready made cakes. But after realizing there weren't any good ready-made patties anymore, I knew I needed a hamburger press if I was going to do it right. This little press is very easy to use! I read some reviews and lined it with plastic wrap before using and the patties popped out right away. I've made 9 patties with the same plastic wrap and had no problems. I also have an issue with my collarbone that sometimes affects my strength, and I've had no problem applying pressure to get nice, even patties. The bonus is that the documents came with him. When they run out I just use wax paper, but they're definitely nice to have.
