Ideal for thin top coats only
Only cures when used as a thin topcoat only. I've tried layering this product, tried leaving it under a UV lamp for a few minutes and it's still sticky. I even tried shaking the bottle and then using it but no luck. If you just rate things, that's great, but if you need to use it for multiple layers, it's better to use another brand.
