I got them because I have a new postman who almost crashes into my house when he leaves. They spin too fast for my liking. These cones worked wonders by grabbing their attention and forcing them to slow down. They fold up for easy storage. The only downside is that they are too light to withstand wind speeds of over 30 km/h. We regularly have trade winds that blow that high. I was never able to figure out how to turn on the flashing light and no instructions were included. Easy to stow and manoeuvre, these traffic cones did the job well though.
