I bought this to replace my old Logitech G430s which I have had for over four years now. When they worked, they worked well. Clear sound, clear mic, overall it was a good headset to use for the next four years. I can't hear anything and only clicking noises can be heard. I double-checked all of my settings to be safe, then unplugged and plugged the cable that led to the headset. Worked a little more, then passed out again. Overall I was disappointed with the build quality of what should have been a reasonably decent quality headset. It may just be the device I received but be careful with the cable if you decide to buy one for yourself.
