Great for the money but be prepared to hone.

For what you pay these are amazing knives. But they quickly lose their sharpness. After slicing about 8 pounds of chicken, I had to re-sharpen the knife, but because the blades are soft, they sharpen easily. A few fire up the sharpener and they're like new, but rinse, rinse, rinse, repeat. A cheap sharpener will do!
