dispensers: The dispenser feels solid and the battery life is very long. If you press the top button twice quickly, you can adjust the amount of foam. It was very easy to install in my bathroom. I've been using it for a month now and it works great. Cleansing foam: I love cleansing foam! I love that it is fragrance free and leaves me feeling fresh and clean. When I look at the ingredients it's not a very long list which is great and I get exactly what's in the foam. I only used one refill bottle and when I looked in the dispenser I didn't even see half of it! Overall: If you use wet wipes regularly, I highly recommend this product. I live in a small apartment with one bathroom, so having less stuff under the sink definitely helps. I am very happy with my purchase!
