Pizza on Earth! Good for everyone! (AG ;-))

I love baking and pizza has been my passion for over 40 years. I've been making pizza, bread, etc. with it for over 8 years. Have you ever had gas or odor? I suspect a different source of the smell from what I could tell from other reviews. I have stains on the pizza topping etc. I scrape them off and use a sponge to clean them. It doesn't smoke or smell and doesn't interfere with sliding the pizza in or out with the help of a wooden shovel. Uniform heating in all directions, as should be the case with a solid rock, verified with a Fluke thermometer. years, and he continues to work year after year, despite the rough treatment. I've also used refractory bricks as pizza toppings and while I like them too, they stick together and sometimes tear raw pizza dough (60-70% moisture) as they don't form a perfectly flat surface. I sometimes use a firebrick to shape a pizza oven, but I've found that using the roaster for a few minutes at the end of the baking cycle gives the crust a nice charred finish.

Pros
  • Absorbs heat and distributes it evenly for perfect baking
Cons
  • Long delivery time
