Very Efficient Way For Internal Communication
The best part is that it integrates with all of my other systems (CMS, AIMS etc) so I don't have to worry about being in two places at once when working from home or during vacation time! It's fairly easy for someone who isn't familiar w/ software but not very intuitive if there are problems while using - sometimes an email address will fail to send correctly after several tries & we've had issues trying to get our accounts shut off completely by phone without paying extra fees over what was already paid per month.
We use this system primarily as internal communication between clients / employees via emails sent out internally as well as communicating directly back up front regarding new contracts needing approval before hiring starts. This allows us to be more efficient since one person doesn't need to go down 2 different paths just because they're doing both jobs simultaneously now which saves tons of precious minutes each day!!
- How it's easy for a novice user to learn as well as simple for a veteran user to master the tools quickly
- Lack of ability to delete users completely which makes it hard to really know which users are still current and which ones are retired the system keeps re creating the old users over and over again! The inability to delete old users with overdue invoices and pay we have people
