As other reviewers have pointed out, the keyway or center hole is too small for the balancer. I could push it about an inch or less with my hands and that was it. I was able to push it in with a screw and washer and just tighten it until it was all the way down. Works without problems so far. It's only been a week and a few hundred miles, but it's a pretty easy task.
