I worked with BV for over 3 years (my first job out of school) at an automotive supplier in Detroit. The team was excellent - dedicated professionals who were very willing to take time to train new people and help them understand their responsibilities / expectations as they transitioned into more senior roles! The organization is also incredibly stable and has been around since 2006 so it's clear that the leadership understands what they're doing well. There are no issues or dislikes with this particular firm. If you want solid technical expertise from some of the best minds in the industry then go with these guys. They have built multiple multi-million dollar products in software development space. Highly recommended especially if your looking for a big player with deep pockets and proven track record. We used the talent pool available within build to rapidly ramp up our product line while working closely with the client side engineers to ensure compatibility across different platforms.
