It is better to give 0 stars as they are for useless.

I would rather give 0 stars as they are useless for the 2014 Ford Focus. I gave the key to the salon and they told me the key was not programmable. They hooked up the service computer to the car and ran the key programming software a few times but to no avail. The key could be cut out, but without pre-programming the car would not start. The key opens the car door when inserted.
