The best part of this system for us was it's efficiency as we had been using excel previously, however having it all stored centrally has made our lives much easier!The only downside I have found so far with Lincis is not being able to set different pricing tiers - which i feel could be improved upon but nothing major at present- would highly recommend!! It does seem there are quite many issues when trying to resolve certain problems such as invoice creation etc., hence why its important you get good advice from your supplier about how they manage these things before going live though.
We haven't really come across any additional benefits yet other than saving time through centralising everything into one location (ease).
