Great new way in automating invoicing

The best part of this system for us was it's efficiency as we had been using excel previously, however having it all stored centrally has made our lives much easier!The only downside I have found so far with Lincis is not being able to set different pricing tiers - which i feel could be improved upon but nothing major at present- would highly recommend!! It does seem there are quite many issues when trying to resolve certain problems such as invoice creation etc., hence why its important you…

  • Efficiency in terms managing invoices/payments.
  • Flexibility around what can / cannot change within an order or quote template once created; eases collaboration between staff members who may require slightly differing requirements depending where their roles lie.(i dislike that changing templates requires admin intervention)
Cons
  • Not very user friendly interface especially if wanting anything changed quickly without consulting support team

An excellent software that makes running your business much easier

The program helps us keep track of our deliveries, as well as tracking all purchases made by our customers. It also allows for easy management if multiple locations are involved with one customer or shipment because it can be used from any computer connected to the internet. Sometimes there's lag time when accessing data through the website even though they claim otherwise. I would recommend this product for anyone who wants an effective way to manage their inventory. Our main issue was that the data entry was slow, taking too long to complete. The project manager worked with us to find a solution and she even implemented a batch upload tool. It took less than a week to complete and we now have daily updates. The best thing about the service is that it’s fast and responsive, because we didn’t want to wait until the end of the month before getting any feedback on how our business has been doing over the past month.   • It is easy to navigate through the data, you don't need a developer to do this for you.
  • There is a free trial, so you can test it out and see what kind of reports you could create with the data that you collect from your website and social media.
Cons
  • You need a team to be able to collaborate on the report, so you can share it with others who need access to it.
  • Sometimes it takes longer to enter data, so sometimes the report will not update right away.
  • Not sure if the price is reasonable or not.
