Review on Charm Connect by Eric Young

I like how easy it was to set up our account with our provider organization. At this point we are still using the free version of the app but that has allowed us to get some use out of it while we work on upgrading to the paid version. We are really enjoying having all of our providers in one place. I wish there were more features available when using the free version. For example, I wish there were a way to see how many patients I have in my chart as well as the number of visits within each day or week. This would help us identify any potential gaps in coverage. It seems that the system will not open if you do not have all of your providers connected. If you do not have all of your providers connected, the system won't let you log in to make changes. That's a little frustrating. Overall I am happy with.
