Description of Charm Connect

Charm Connect is a HIPAA compliant, healthcare messaging and care team communication platform for hospitals and clinics. It helps providers and stakeholders in patient care to communicate effectively by providing instant access to patient health information around which care discussions can be organized. Charm Connect comes with an intuitive feature set that includes Group Chat, Private Chat, Announcement Channel, Document Sharing and other familiar features. It keeps track of all care conversations and maintain history and helps in understanding patient context for better decision making.

Useful for patient care needs in hospital setting

The ability of this software to provide electronic transfer from home office or other locations to ensure immediate medical attention has been very useful during our time as an employee at Loyola Medicine Health System! There are not many features that I do like but it does what we need right now so no complaints about functionality yet.   • Easy set up for users including patient record information, basic lab values & prescription history among other items available within one's profile which is helpful especially in emergency situations requiring quick response times!! Also able logon remotely once logged into your "account" while traveling outside city limits excellent feature!!! Can be accessed by any internet capable device anywhere anytime..even cell phones!!!! Very user friendly interface also making setting everything straight

Easy and convenient for managing multiple healthcare organizations

I like how easy it was to set up our account with our provider organization. At this point we are still using the free version of the app but that has allowed us to get some use out of it while we work on upgrading to the paid version. We are really enjoying having all of our providers in one place. I wish there were more features available when using the free version. For example, I wish there were a way to see how many patients I have in my chart as well as the number of visits within each…

Everything is saved in one place and easy access

The most useful feature about this program has been that it makes sure my patients are getting their messages without fail; sometimes they will miss something but with charm connect I am able not worry because all of our conversations have popped up right when we need them!
