The most useful feature about this program has been that it makes sure my patients are getting their messages without fail; sometimes they will miss something but with charm connect I am able not worry because all of our conversations have popped up right when we need them! Sometimes there isn't much time between appointments so those minutes seem endless especially if you're trying your best at keeping things short or concise as possible - just keep going until its done before sending out an appointment reminder via text message (if applicable)!! As far back into medical records go-it's great having everything stored here now instead of scattered throughout other systems/apps etc.- saves me tons of headaches over searching through many different folders looking for what i'm after everytime. ! Just make certain everyone who uses this system knows how important each piece of info truly means. We've found ways to use less paper during visits too :).
