They are cute and my son has worn them to the beach, water park, hiking and travelling. Those were his traveling shoes. They were perfect IF he was wearing socks. Which defeats the purpose of this shoe. When he wasn't wearing Holy Moly BLISTERS socks! My poor little fella got about 5 blisters per foot after wearing them to the water park. I thought maybe he's just still wearing them. So I made him wear socks for several weeks. Then he went to the beach with no socks and again SO MANY blisters. So we didn't try to wear them in the water or without socks after that.
