Synthetic Feel - Not Ready to Hold Water

I was so disappointed with this fabric. When you think of something Scottish, you think of woven fiber material. It is only displayed on the material. And it was too smooth to use. I wanted it to be able to soak up water and it didn't work. I had to be more careful because the size was uncomfortable. What on earth was 3D about it?
