I ordered this because other Plantronics headsets offered at work hurt my ear or the officers complained that they couldn't hear me. I ended my work week with an open wound in my ear. This rumor doesn't hurt me, but the field units hear me fine. But even though I no longer have sores on my ears, it still hurts to wear them.
