Terrible experience with this product. I've used similar night guards before (dentek I think) and they form well. However, it is too wide to be securely attached to someone's teeth. I've tried several times. It's big, chunky and when it doesn't flicker it sticks to the handle. I probably spent two hours (sad, I know) cooking, cooking, re-cooking everything, then trying to trim an oversized, ill-fitting thing in hopes that somehow it would work. I spent a lot of time trimming off the excess because it's not only wide but tall, covering the entire elastic. When all was said and done, at almost four in the morning after accidentally swallowing a piece of loose plastic and throwing up, I was ready. Wouldn't recommend it. And to top it off, the box was shrink-wrapped but had a stain on the bottom as if it had been placed on something before it was packed. Just pick a brand and you'll save money in the long run by not having to throw it away.
