I bought two of these to replace two large foam filters which I really liked but wanted something less obtrusive in the aquarium. Very happy with its size and the fact that it includes mechanical filtration. big and I like that they hide in the corner. I wish the exhaust pipe was expandable. I put them in a 55 gallon tank and the outlet doesn't reach the waterline. The outlet tubes on my old sponge filter could be pulled out to accommodate different heights, which I really liked (so I could visually see how much water was coming out and be sure I was getting a flow). The water seems to stay clear with this product. but I haven't had it long enough to say if they will sustain bioburden in the long term. I'll try to remember to update this review after about a month of use. Super easy to set up, great price. I hope they work well in the future :D
