I don't normally write reviews but I am very dissatisfied. I've been using this brand for several months, I've always bought from local stores. I ordered here this time. If you have used this product before and bought it from a general store, you know that the scent of this product is nice and strong. I can smell it in my bedroom after a shower. I smell like roses all day long. This time I don't open it and the taste is so subtle. The air conditioner not only has no smell but also doesn't work. My hair gets frizzier when I get out of the shower and I have to use coconut oil on the ends just to comb my hair. After the first use I noticed my bottles were dented just like my empty bottles. I wonder if these were used bottles that were refilled with lower quality crap. I had to go to the store for real stuff. sad
