The way you can share patient data with other providers was very helpful for our practice's workflow. I did not have any issues at all utilizing this software, it is easy to use! There are so many different functions that could be utilized in your office such as scheduling appointments or billing patients. It would also be great if there were more reports available since we work mostly through email instead of paper records sometimes which slows down how fast things go along. We needed something like this because our practices were able to communicate much faster than ever before without having to mail documents back and forth between offices. This allowed us to do everything together online rather quickly while still being connected throughout the day.
