This picture hanger may work for someone who is very familiar with the product, but it is not user-friendly for the average person. The instructions are not clear, and the product is difficult to adjust properly. Unfortunately, this product doesn`t meet the standard for Arts and Crafts enthusiasts, as it is too complicated for the average do-it-yourselfer. .
