I have a big dent in mine. Both ends. Support contacted me and basically said it was my fault and I was pressuring too much.? I absolutely / ABSOLUTELY follow the instructions for the letter "T". I don't know if the sharp stone I received is defective. I didn't soak it for more than 3 minutes. Didn't wash off excess etc. I did everything that says in the instructions. I've read and followed the instructions - watched the video to make sure - still doesn't hold up, parts are falling off. And on each side there are huge craters/dropouts in the middle. I feel like I've been hit. lemon stone.
