Came dirty for cuticle tools

The product itself looks nice. HOWEVER, my kit arrived extremely DIRTY! As if someone had already used it. The cuticle cutter had a foul smelling yellow-brownish liquid that made it sticky and difficult to open and close. Extremely rude!
