The best thing I like about this product, it's that you have everything in one place. Everything from getting your tickets at once, organizing events as well as marketing them, managing budgets etc., with just few clicks. Also there are many integrations available which helps us connect our own tools or platforms together without having to worry much about integration issues later down the line. There could be more features added soon but so far we don't find anything majorly wrong with what they provide right now. We manage ticketing & registrations along with other things such as payment processing (through Stripe) while using their API.
