In general, the speaker is decent, but the sound is not for everyone, you should listen to it before buying. And it’s also worth comparing with the first generation, since everything will depend on what genre of music you listen to, it seems to me that the first generation speaker fits better with vocals, where the sound seems light and transparent, even sometimes voluminous despite the fact that it is mono and there are fewer basses in the first generation, but here everything is the other way around, the sound is booming, bassy, ​​heavy, subwoofer basses and I think this is an amateur. There are no complaints about the design, the only lack of a convenient hanging mount is undoubtedly a minus, so the manufacturer forces you to pay extra for the version with a clip. In terms of operating time, a lot depends on the volume. I didn’t take accurate measurements, but at medium volume the speaker works clearly longer than stated. I did not check the water resistance, the column was bought as a gift.

Cons

- The sound is not as universal as for me, as it was with the first generation. I find the sound unnecessarily muffled and very bassy, even at low volumes. Because of the bass, there is a feeling that the speaker is booming, swallowing or drowning out part of the high and medium frequencies with bass, this effect is especially observed when the battery is low. -There is no loop for fastening, there is nothing to hook the speaker to hang on the strap, this worsens the ergonomics. -Due to moisture protection, the connectors are heavily recessed and not every charging cable will fit. -The built-in sounds of turning on and warnings are very bassy and drown out the sound of music, for example, when the maximum volume is reached, and at the time of the notification, the sound reproduced by the speaker is reduced and an alert is played, it infuriates.
