Demanding - Printer

The instructions for this device are not as clear as you might think. The software was loaded, the USB did not work. After playing around with it a bit I finally printed it out, not exactly accurate I might add. Labels were not printed full page. I watched YouTube and tried to troubleshoot this label printer. Everything didn't work out. Eventually gave up and asked for a refund. The seller should better understand these Chinese programs/software instructions. I am 100% tech savvy. It's just a heavy buy! I will NEVER buy this brand again!
