I like that it has an interface where you can easily make changes without having to log into your accounts or use any other apps with utilities. It is pretty easy for non-tech people who are not familiar with online services to operate this one as well. Also, their customer service team was very helpful when we had issues while using electricity biller tool. Customer support wasn't always available but they were quick at responding once they got back from vacations etc. Sometimes there would be some delay between submitting details about power usage/bills so if someone's waiting patiently then maybe try again after sometime?
