First of all, this is a great product. Some coiled tubing is so stiff it's almost impossible to use, but the Flexzilla has more "give" and still compresses back. I had a small leak on another Flexzilla reel hose and it was very easy to fix. Since it was almost dead I only lost 3 inches, but it's better than throwing it away and buying a new one. To repair you cut off the bad part, then disassemble the ferrule, then put the first part on the end and then the other half which is attached to the hose. Now you have a repaired hose in less than 2 minutes! This is excellent value for a great product. I highly recommend you buy their high speed spray guns. Once again a great product at a great price but compared to this brand quality shines
