Easier to clean than expected
I've always wanted stainless steel, despite many reviews of how difficult it is to keep clean me back I'm so glad I didn't! Cleaning has been pretty easy so far. I've had one meal after which I soaked the pan overnight, but it's easy to clean up in the morning. Cooking is definitely faster and I can turn my gas grill down to a lower setting. I like that the sides get warm too. So far I haven't had any problems with hot pan handles.
