(Edit: I contacted the seller and they helped me quickly and appropriately. Excellent customer service experience and I will happily buy their products again.) I read that had some problems with breakage. Out of 120 pencils I only had 3 breakages as shown in the photo. What worries me are some inconsistencies in the tree. I noticed that the brown tones in my set also show off the split wood in my photos. It's also the brown one that broke and now I'm afraid to use it and I use the brown ones a lot. For the price, I think the styling, blend, and brightness are pretty good, but the quality control is weak. I would recommend these pens but only if you have them on sale or if you find the price has come down.
