When I took the product out of the box, I noticed that the mirror was a little blurry and scratched. I was very disappointed. BUT THEN I realized that there was a protective film on the surface of the mirror. I've removed a thin layer of plastic to reveal a crystal clear reflection that won't fog up in even the heaviest of showers! Wonderful product at a great price. Just don't forget to remove the protective cover! :)
