I drive a 2020 Honda Civic and while this product fits my car, my car is not designed to be used in any way. On the 2020 Honda Civic, only the top of the license plate is attached to the body. Adding this protection also adds more surface area for the plate to "roll over" and damage the bumper. The driver forgot to brake at a red light and the car reversed and collided with me. With this protection I thought it would protect my bumper in such a small impact. However, it turned out that the protection "opened up" and my bumper broke. My car is only two months old. Before purchasing, make sure your original license plate is securely attached with the top and bottom screws. I only attached the top part and the bottom one is hanging in the air.
