Review on πŸ”Œ MINIQ 1 13mm Electric Drill by Jeremy Carpenter

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Small, just right! BUT beware of restrictions.

I will check my rating after a day of use. I have a full size drill press and a dremel tool with a drill bit. This fits PERFECTLY in between, not too big, not too small. The label on the front of the drill motor says it's 220VAC but the plug is 120V and works fine. Lots of little features like adjustable speed and shallow depth gauge. The head can be adjusted up and down on the support tube. Now you get what you pay for. The thing doesn't drill straight, it wobbles when drilling and I had to use titanium drill bits and drilling oil as the steel drill bits broke due to the offset when drilling. You have to be patient and insert the bits into the chuck as deep as possible. No, it's not perfect. And the longer I use it, the more I regret not having bought it. I replaced it with another brand. This is only used with polishing pads as a misaligned shaft will affect performance.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Long delivery time
