I just started painting stones and this set of pointy tools is an important aspect in creating beautiful artwork. As someone without much artistic ability, I use these tools a lot and have found several creative ways to use them in a variety of ways. I would advise people to also buy a floating (liquid) carrier to add to the paint they are using for dotting. Some colors are too thick to make nice flat dots, so add a little if that helps you achieve the perfect color consistency. This special set gives you the opportunity to make small and big dots. This was the best set for the best price I could find.
