Easy to connect to the car - so easy to install. The button was flimsy and constantly stuck. - Not easy to use. I thought I'd keep trying since I only had to set it up once, but then figuring out how to set this thing up became almost impossible. Read the instructions yourself. - It was like a joke! - so unnecessarily confusing and complicated. I spent about half an hour trying to set it up, then I finally came to my senses and boxed it up to send it back. Great potential but it's 2019 now. It should be very easy to set up and use. This is clearly an idea of computer nerds. After all it was so poorly made - bad value for money. If it worked I wouldn't care, but it doesn't. So thank god Revane sent Prime back.
