The replacement blade was not delivered fully assembled. The 7-blade pin wheel was not screwed and fastened onto the cutterblock. When I tried threading it onto the blade shank, I first thought the threads weren't finished properly, and then I realized it was left-hand threads. It would be helpful if other buyers knew this as part of the seller's instructions, otherwise you will end up with multiple returns. What I also noticed when everything was screwed tight. The small white seal inside where the blade shank sits snugly against the ground is lost and will leak over time. The shaft is too long and over time will leak around the shaft and add extra stress to the blender as the shaft bounces while blending. See photos for reference.
